Writing is my saviour
My Life line, my hero
It eases my pain
Releases my muscles so I can breathe
It comes from my heart
flowing through me like a river onto the page
the words already written
whirling in my bloodstream looking for a way out
pressure building until it bursts through me like a flood
There is calm until the river overflows once more
